Rental Services are available by appointment only : 7am–6pm, Monday through Saturday

Pickup / Drop off :  863 Old Military Rd., Spring Hill, TN 37174 (Delivery is available at $50/hr round trip from Spring Hill, TN)

Trailers must be returned to the same location where the trailer had been picked up, unless prior arrangements have been made with the owner of Ray's Trailer Rental. Pickup and drop off is only available during our posted business hours and by APPOINTMENT ONLY. Please keep your specific appointment time, this is not a retail location!

Accessories

We also have towing accessories available for rent as well. We have hitch and receivers, tie downs, trailer light conversion modules, ramps and more! We always send a 4PC set of straps at no additional charge to secure a vehicle with any trailer large enough to haul a vehicle. 

Reservations

If you need to reserve a trailer for a future date, a reservation deposit is required with a valid credit card. If you have already checked availability please send the deposit with any of the payment types below along with your legal name, phone number, and email address. This deposit will be converted to the required damage deposit at pickup. A 48 hour cancellation notice is required. If the reservation is canceled without giving 48 hours notice, any deposit collected will not be refunded, but may be applied to a future rental. 

Requirements at Pickup

Renter must have a valid state issued driver's license from any state and be at least 25 years of age. Renter must provide current insurance information for the tow vehicle and full payment including deposit upon pickup. Please bring your original license, a photocopy is not acceptable.

Deposits

A deposit is required at pickup with a valid credit card and is refundable when the trailer is brought back on time, clean, and without damage. NO CASH DEPOSIT REFUNDS, even if paid in cash at pickup. No additional deposit is required if you have made a reservation deposit.

Payment Types

We accept Cash, Venmo, and Credit Cards at pickup. The original deposit will be converted to a damage deposit and it will remain on a valid credit card until the equipment is returned. We also accept Credit Cards for rental amount with a 3.5% additional fee. We do NOT accept Debit Cards or Checks. Payment in full is required at pickup.
